rocessing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally.

Transit times

Most orders ship directly from our distributors via ground freight or small parcel carrier. Typical transit time is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the shipping origin. Expedited shipping is available on request — contact us for a quote.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged at cost with no markup. The cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier. For large or oversized items, shipping may be quoted separately.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

Delays

Occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or distributor backorders. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to resolve it.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you a replacement or refund.
